Thank you for this question. They’re all fee simple. You’ll almost never see or hear us promoting leasehold property. Rarely is it a good investment.

This is one of the older buildings. It was built in 2011. HOA fees are around $1.10 per sf.
It’s also one of the smallest 2 bedrooms at 743 sf.
