Customising / Modifying Ns 200 Front Mudguard - Part 2

For completing the rubbing or smoothing process I used 1 sheet of P100, 3 sheets of P220, 1 sheet of P400 and 1 sheet of P2000.
Total cost :
Cost of Mudguard from scrap shop : (Duke 250 - Rs 150) ( Ns 200 - Rs 100)
Cost of Aluminum sheet : Rs 50
Cost of Super Glue : Rs 50
Cost of Fibering (I got it done for free)
Cost of sand paper (Around Rs 15 to 25 per sheet)
Cost of body filler and hardner : Rs 50
Matt black Spray paint : Rs 160/-
Cost of bolts : Rs 20
Total : Rs 700/- (approximate)
