I quit my high-paying corporate job after a relationship crashed. Then I had to work three jobs to pay my mortgage. I suddenly stopped and said "this is no fun. I am not happy." I called the bank and said take it. I did put the house up for sale and ended up making a $75 profit on the house, but it was the best thing that ever happened to me. I am now living abroad as a creative writer for the hospitality industry and have never been happier. I stopped buying into the effing American dream of a happy relationship, house, etc. equals happiness. It's all bs. Follow your bliss, your passion, and mine was travel and discovering more of Europe!

This isn't the top comment by accident. So many of us can relate. Getting rid of the old in so many ways, maybe most importantly by eliminating relationships that will not serve your evolution (and often times will even hinder it), seems to be inevitable when you change on a deep level. Good luck to all. It's a painful change to undergo before you get in a position to really thrive in your new "skin." I'm just holding on and moving forward inch by inch with one eye open and fingers crossed. I haven't fully let go just yet so the pain and struggle continues for me.

Christmas 2021, so peaceful. I spent the day alone, doing what I want, eating good food listening to music. I had dreaded it but it was lovely! So much love.

I had a story that no matter what I did, I couldn’t lose weight. Diet, exercise, quit drinking alcohol, etc. It played in the background for years. Then it became true. Just yesterday it hit me... I am a powerful creator if I made that become reality. My story has changed to reflect my desire. I keep playing the new story over again. I expect to look back on this with an update reflecting the new story. Thank you 🙏🏽

Your comment came as sigh of relief, just to know that I don't have to be ashamed of everything I have created in my reality, unintentionally and unconsciously. Thank you for your comment. It’s so funny. I never had a problem with or without money. But I was constantly manipulated by my parents, relationships or the outer world telling me that I need to have problems with money. Their fears became mine. And I bought the concept over decades. Totally crazy. Thanks for another great video.

I am discovering that whenever I choose to follow what I really want or is deeply important to me money are coming by themselves in the unexpected ways. The less I think and stress about them the less problem it becomes and they are just coming. Feeling so much gratitude to the universal love I truly feel like God child. Also I can see that my soul needs very little money

If you love being alone then you love God and his will for you. Having to constantly be in the company of others is such a distraction to your authenticity. It's impossible to receive God's blessings when you are doing to much for others. Don't squander your resources on other people's needs. Stay present and you will be with God every moment!🙏🙏🙏

Giving out of fear. What a concept. I'd never thought of that, but it's absolutely right, Kyle. I"m a giver, not because I'm generous (although I believe I am), but mostly because I'm trying to GET something... comfort, security, recognition. Goodness I never realized that!

This is a wonderful insight. I’ve been so angry, disappointed and scared about how I’ll make it after divorcing my narcissistic ex. I’ve struggled for 5 years from the trauma I’ve experienced with my ex loosing everything and struggling financially because I stood up for myself and said enough! I need to let go of this pain.

How do you know you won’t attract another? How do you know you’ve healed this? Have you forgiven him and left with no attachments of guilt/shame/bitterness and resentment? Do you carry love in your heart for this person? It’s all just energy so you could attract someone again if this energy is left in your body unhealed (carrying any type of unhealed energy)

I actually got sick, ended up homeless, went through it all everyone turning on me now I’m coming out , still have no home or car but I still found that I just felt my whole life fall apart cried and felt it all but wow it was big for a decade went from everything to nothing what a crazy ride. Still letting it leave but the miracles always came.
Wow, same thing happened with me. I'm still sick, still homeless, still without family or a single friend. I'm struggling to survive, I am my only support. I pray death comes soon. This life is NOT worth living, or should I say surviving! I'm ready for the other side when my body gives out.

I have had what seems like a similar kind of discouragement myself and recently have wanted off the planet due to severe physical pain in addition to my bank account dwindling, no family, and even though I do have a few friends, feel that they don't really get what I'm going through. I, too, have asked Spirit to take me every night and yet still wake up the next morning. I don't want to feel like a failure in life and I hope I will learn everything I need to from all of this. How do I release and let go while still here on earth? How do I stop fighting circumstances? Am trying to let go of expectation and just go into my heart more often, and right now, after reading your comment, my heart goes out to YOU!

I grew up in a "Kill Bill" household. I have broken the violence pattern with my family. This resonates so hard with me right now!
I am currently dealing with the collapse of my former identity and all the attachment to that, as well as my online business shifting and me feeling totally out of control. My mind is freaking out, so this was really comforting to hear. Thank you. I met you back in 2019 and you were such a joy. Your authenticity pours out of you and you made everyone feel so comfortable. Keep up the amazing work.
I change my identity around money. I tell myself, I am wealthy, I just have to realise that's who I really am and let it in. I know I am rich, I am abundant, and the reality follows.
i noticed the part of me that fights to make it a big deal is really a 5 year old who is TERRIFIEd of being broke, not even knowing what it really means for her which is why it’s so scary. a child brain might associate broke with danger/abandonment/death so the ego only sees the two options (for me at least!) seeing that and thinking OF COURSE she’s scared!!! has helped lessen the “importance” of that fear. i adore you and this community so much 🤍 see u sunday!

Interesting how I felt the need to save for the rainy day (then covid hit!) was so glad to have followed my intuition in that regard, but now find myself doing a 180 and seeing how little I can get by on. I realise money was only ever a surrogate for the security I needed to find within myself. Remember another RUclipsr talking about leaving an abusive ex and totally being okay living in a tent in the woods with her kids if she had to, because that was infinitely more safe/secure than remaining in the abusive household (plus you prove your own resilience and teach your kids some survival skills). Might seem totally counterintuitive, but it does make you question what represents true security. Seen so many people who had it all completely lose it all... As with most things on this journey, we need to go within and find it within ourselves...
What am I afraid to feel that having money can cover up? What are the beliefs that make me behave in scarcity and fear in regards to money?

Thank you Kyle. I let go of a friendship of many years a couple of months ago. It looked like they were leaving me but I now realize I did the letting go. Their response to my grief about it came back as viscous attack and that when I knew what part of my story (abandonment childhood abuse) I was letting go of. Since then I bought an electric piano (I have a small space) and this was a huge reclaiming of my musical self that I left behind when I left home at 17. HUGE joy and creativity back expressing itself through me. Now I am so grateful that I thought that person was leaving me… life is always such a surprise!!!

It's called target fixation. When you see a pot hole ahead and focus on it, the natural tendency is to drive straight into it. Like keeping your eyes on the ball, or on the ground in a fall. Works pretty much the same way. When you focus on lack of money, you're essentially steering your vehicle towards a lack of money.
? The natural tendency wouldn’t be to drive straight into it if you SEE it… if you SEE it, most people would naturally avoid it and steer their car around it!
I wonder why you would think people would get hypnotized by a pothole and purposely drive into it, lol! I’ve never ever seen someone do that, I’ve only seen people avoid one after spotting it down the road

I had some low moments in the past two days, emotions I haven't even felt in over a decade. I've been crying uncontrollably, and I couldn't understand why. I see now that I'm releasing so much from the past, trauma, drama, lack, and past self-limiting beliefs. I didn't even realize I was holding onto old stories and patterns from years ago. I love your message of allowing ourselves to let egos, people, energies, etc. go in order to ascend higher. So many gold nuggets in this video, thank you so much! 💓🙏🏽💓

Preach. I thought I was done with over-giving and long-suffering, but still wasn’t receiving in full. I saw this issue in a new way with: “Start receiving more than you give. Stop taking care of everything in the world to keep your pattern alive before you.”
I was hiding behind the mantra, “The more I give, the more I receive,” without ever fully allowing myself to receive-and when I did receive, I’d shame myself or fall into depression, because I wasn’t receiving “correctly” (e.g., through a donation from a family member through a fundraiser I started for myself! 🤦🏻♀️).
Thank you, brother. This got through on Wednesday night, and I immediately stopped a long list of things I was about to spend my time and money giving to others (as I looked more closely-TO UPHOLD PATTERNS), and chose to spend that time making art and building my website to sell said art-in fact, that night I gave to MYSELF for once to step up that website beyond the generic free site and buy my domain and hosting.

He is absolutely right about the narcissistic clients... Tim Ferris the author of the four hour workweek said that the 80/20 principal showed him to let go of the 20 percent customers that were giving him 80 percent of his problems.. when he did that he had space for better customers.

When you told the story at the end about the person afraid to move because of their dog, I felt that. I am considering moving but I'm afraid my cat won't make it as he hates being in the car and gets so sick. I am afraid of something that may not happen. I think to much of bad things always, my mind goes to the worst possible thing in just about everything I do.

25:56 sums it all up perfectly for me. Make it about YOURSELF. Think about ideas and activities that excite you, think about what YOU need right now! I remember when my last project came to an end, I was longing for vacation before my new project started and I would change employer. While still being officially on a contract, I got so excited about the idea to go for a vacation alone, just being around inspiring people in a surf hostel. So I decided to take the last weeks off and just go for it. The feeling that I have put MYSELF first was so empowering, despite the financial "worries" at that time about not receiving my last paycheck.. Upon my return a big bonus awaited me (which has never been discussed nor was it expected), which was the ultimate proof for me that whenever I put my needs first (in this case my need was to re-connect with myself in nature), then things will work out for me and the financial resources come to me effortlessly. So the real question should be: What do I need? And what do I want to do?
