There are many reasons why people's ears get clogged and most of the time, people don't have enough money to go get ear wax removal. Instead of getting too mad or grossed out by the person, we should be relieved that they are finally able to hear better and be happy that they feel more relieved

I just did some research and it seems to happen when it's warm and humid. Apparently, fungal ear infections are semi-common (But I'm guessing this person's was an extreme case.) It's also easier to get if you swim/surf a lot
