Firstly Congratulations! It's so good work :)
It so funny to create food models. WIth a friend were playing and we achieve good models (but not as good as yours). We are working with photogammetry, then Reality Capture to build the 3D Model and then use Blender to edit the model. Do you use photogammetry or other thing? Could you help me to improve? I'm having some troubles with the dish reconstruction

We create models with RealityCapture, then we optimize them manually.
