Did the Goat Get it Done? Emerald/Steel vs Ruby/Amethyst Lorcana League Live 6.17.24

I am torn between what to play right now. I actually WANT to play what my opponent is doing, but I feel E/S is just stronger to win. Don't know what I'll be playing next week.

@@2pocketdeucess Don't know. But he likely had a good reason. He absolutely knows what he's doing and frequently does well at our League.
Off the top of my head, it would be vulnerable to removal without seeing a +3 lore benefit (due to me likely playing Diablo). By the following turn, I'd be able to LTSRO it before even possibly getting the lore boost. So he probably viewed it more valuable as ink now, in the hopes to slam another one later with a big power companion.

Any Mim card would have also won the game by bouncing the rabbit on field going up to 4 cards in hand, sucks the red purple player saw none of those cards

Yeah, I got extremely lucky. Dodging Be Prepared the whole game AND dancing on a razor edge at the end.

@@SnapquesterMage Yeah had to dodge be prep, any mim, medusa, potentially big sisu, goat, brawl, and potentially fishhook (would have left two in hand minimum and taken out pegasus). This one was super close!
