I too was fortunate to grow up in a Polish czech neighborhood being a non pole was fun but Christmas time with the people was the bestest and their teaching me czech and Polish paid off bigtime later in life.I still go back there and in my mind I see their faces of love and laughter for life.Singing their carols from the old country.

I love it. Grew up in Detroit to Polish parents and grandparents. They would play polish xmas songs on record player for Christmas. Can't wait to get best with English translations for California this Christmas. Our church in Detroit use to have English cards with the Polish melodies. One was sung "Christ is born today ay..;.Christ is born today.....Anybody know what Polish carol that can be
