However, I think the biggest problem is that the world (as fans/viewers) dont pay enough attention, or at times not interpreting the art the way it was intended to be interpreted. There are patterns in attitude, demeanour, lyrical content, cadence, the stages of the videos, the album covers that may suggest how to process/interpret what your about to see and hear. At the end of the day, he (and ppl in the industry) are artists, probably more actors. this is what they do for work to earn money. They probably don’t have control of all or any aspects in terms of productions. We can’t say “the media is bias, the industry have agendas etc” today. And NOT apply the same criticisms 25years ago.. it’s up to each person/viewer to know who’s playing which parts/characters at any given time. We cannot blame these artists god performing a task required of them at their job, especially if it’s a person has an option to engage/consume/use or not. Accountability, is what’s lacking.
