First we should complain Indian Government who not providing sufficient jobs in India, what about Kediji's 2 crores jobs / year?
The Kerala owner Mr.Abraham Indian management running NBTC Co is providing average salary, worst HR, They not give good salary to employees even if any employee has good salary offer from other company & eligible for release then the company not allow them also, this company has more labour complaints, they cut all recruitment charges include visa, medical etc from employees only, even the proposed relief money also they will cut from other employees salaries, frankly we can say Indian management companies treats Indian employees worse than other companies, the small & medium such companies make profits just by beating employees stomach's. If the fireforce planned & acted quickly there was chance to save some victims like arranging ladders, ropes, nets / matresses/blankets or any other means to avoid jumping casualties

You are right. Indian companies are the worst to work in. They cut the workers, money, left right and center.
