And it was noted that the manna and the land flowing with mill and honey were not the promise! actually God is the promise and not the things that he gives us. His promised provision, presence and peace are what gets us from glory to glory. When I abound it’s him, when I’m abased, it’s Him. He’s always working things for my good and consistently providing.
