Beast in Black is very adjacent to Battle Beast. Some common history. Blind and Frozen is probably their most iconic song.

They are great. Anette Olzon (Ex Nightwish) sings in that band. 2 cd's and both are high quality. great songs
Greetings from Scotland, you have a new subscriber, nice reaction, Battle Beast are one of the best around. If you want to react to female fronted bands, then you cannot miss with the all female Japanese band LOVEBITES, they play heavy/power metal with some thrash thrown in, they also sing in English and are best when watching live. This is arguably the best metal band around, including men only bands, they are a breath of fresh air with their uplifting style instead of the stereotypical black clad doom and war songs of the past as you will see, each member is super talented, including some classical training too. This track might be a nice introduction to this fantastic band >> LOVEBITES / Liar [Official Live Video taken from "Knockin' At Heaven's Gate"] >> there is much more for you to explore, their back catalogue is around 70+ songs and they don't do "bad"
I wish that I could react to all the Japanese bands that I adore but their copyright is super strict 😫

As you asked for something a bit similar; energetic, great and powerful female-fronted music; you should definitely check Ad Infinitum and Amaranthe. I promise you won't be disappointed!
Oh.. It seems like you have been already introduced to Amaranthe, but there are probably even better representations of them than that Nexus.
Beast in Black could be yet another one; even if you might be a bit surprised of the lead vocals on that band.

Yeah, the video is bit gross, but message is great. I like most of their songs, but I guess my most listened song from the last 12 months is probably "Wings of light". It's from their newest album "Circus of doom", which is a really good album. Might be their best imo. I wonder however, what have you done in Finland (and where are you from)?

Not all of these are power metal but you must know Nightwish and possibly also Babymetal, Lovebites, Amaranthe and Unleash The Archers.

Ever since they started playing this song in radio i've hated it... They had the template to make this crazy good with small embellishments but they dialed it back and it became stale. And knowing how good they are they easily could've made it fucking amazing.
