This pattern works on, at least, the original Pac-Man arcade machine, the MAME emulator, and I'm told, the XBox 360 version.

0:57 - press RIGHT as soon as you see the 200
1:49 - press UP as soon as you see the 400
1:50 - press DOWN as soon as you see the 800
