When Alex was discussing how she noticed her impact on her friends/family and getting help. It’s always so hard to acknowledge the parts of ourself we don’t like but it’s so very important. Alex your self-awareness, growth, and maturity is so inspiring ❤ really helps me as I continue to reflect and work on myself. A great reminder to hold ourselves accountable. thank you for sharing
Ohhhhh Alex 😢 Seeing you cry was heart-wrenching. Your relationship to one another now is a testament to how much work you've done. This was such a beautiful episode, thank you both for sharing it ❣
this conversation is so needed. I can't express how much our generation needs to hear the accountability talk. I feel like it's so easy for people to just cut people out of their lives because either being told they've hurt you and not take accountability. People grow and people aren't perfect and i think that people never think they are part of the problem. I've lost friendships because they've come to me and asked what they did wrong and I've openly said and then they are just gone with no response and it blows my mind. I guess that's the best way to explain it. I just had to say this is the first open conversation i've heard about this and needed it.
This was such a mature conversation and as a viewer I really needed it so Thankyou for being so vulnerable and being able to share this with us. I am in Alex’s position almost completely but it was so beneficial hearing Kyla’s side. I’m giving you both a big hug and sending love ❤❤
honestly, i'm so relieved to hear i'm not the only one running back inside every time my neighbour leaves the house at the same time.
