Hmm well there are a couple of concerns with that. This might be a long comment bear with me Portal thins your deck and lets u “play more cards” in a round that u would normally play. Giving you more Witcher swarm on your board and a better Vesemir mentor value at 5/ 4 cards. Also by thinning your bronzes you can see your Golds later The adept + singer combo only works if u play adept from hand, in turn damaging it, but that doesn’t fit this deck. It’s low tempo, easily answered, or it might just fill ur rows with tokens that don’t benefit from Vesemir. You’re already risking clogging ur own rows with all the wicther tokens u spawn, so it doesn’t feel ideal. Lastly (sorry Ik it’s long 🥲), Portal is 10p, singers are 5p, so you’d end up with 26 cards in ur deck if u add x2 singers to replace it. It’s usually not ideal to go above 25 cards, especially if u remove a thinning card to get there

Try it though, change one 5p card for one singer and test it out :) not portal tho leave it. U could also change Axii to normal Geralt

No risk, card reworks don’t exist anymore. The only nerfs are provision and power so you’ll be fine :)
