Sounds like when cowboy shows on tv were effected by the poor quality sound recording and the voices became distorted. But he got it down perfectly. Bless the Man.
damn, now I wish that I had not bought this LP.. for too much money.. oh well, in a historical context I can get over it.. it's sealed. anyone wanna buy it. leave a comment in one of my videos..
@@cityofredskies1818 LMAO! so much for flexibility, of course the ARMPIT tape is incomplete, that's exactly why adding FULL to anything mentioning CAN BE misleading... whatever
@@micheleulysse this is literally a full transfer of a vinyl bootleg of the full circulating tape. This is no more misleading than the title of the record itself.
Lady, you’re getting to hear it for free on RUclips, honestly! It’s the complete historical artifact, for petes sake. Much gratitude to City of Red Skies for the work so we can hear this!
“That lady” is Karen Wallace, who recorded this music and played it for the guy who bootlegged it without her knowledge while posing as a buyer. So we can only blame him for not getting a clean recording, and thank her that we have one at all!
@@mudkitten The tape has always been in her possession. I have had it for about 5 years now. I have had a man representing the Dylan museum contact me concerning possibly donating it to them. He told me he heard the entire tape many years ago with my aunt and has confirmed that it is Dylan. I have had talks with other people recently concerning what I may do with it. As of now I have no plans.
This is definitely him. She was trying to hold on to the value of her tape by just making a shitty recording of it from speaker. If this tape managed to circulate, someone's got to have the original
As of January 2025….Karen Wallace passed away just 2 months ago, November 2024. She lived in Hoyt Lake, pretty close to Hibbing.
I feel privileged to hear this [ Full Bootleg ] by Bob Dylan. Cheers City Of Red Skies.
That first song was in a Nashville Skyline voice, but from early 60’s.
That's what Dylan's mother said. She said when she heard some of those songs she goes that's what he sounded like here or something

Love what I hear! Hope he picks up this kind of Songs again… 🌹🌺
Thanks abunch 😁
This is really good.
It sounds like he is using his Nashville Skylines voice.

What's with THAT voice! Sounds familiar!!

the title here is a bit misleading, FULL makes one think that it is... the FULL recording!
I went out of my way to note that this is the armpit tape, so if you feel mislead that's really on you.

@@robinhaar7738 That lady is my aunt. I currently have the original tape in full.
@@scottwallace2964 the claim is that she disappeared and the tape!
