That’s the spirit haha. Do you already have a website? I am starting my web design agency very soon. I want to gather some testimonials and experience on client handling. Would love to come in contact with you to see if we are a good fit 👊
Yeah… I’m not feeling this one too much. It just feels like “Try a bunch of crap until something sticks”. Been there, done that, and yes it makes some sort of progress but it’s much more of a shot in the dark than all your previous guests that had a unique factor to them that allowed them to leverage and build.

Okay I'm going to share how he did this. I've watched all the podcasts he was in, and read all his threads about it. - He built multiple successful agencies in the last 15 years (this is the key part, most people think this happened in 1 year) - He is well connected to the good teams because of this one - He sold his latest agency, which was an 8 figure company - so he had cash in hand - He's enrolled in Sam Parr's networking group, an expensive and selective networking group. - He met with Sahil Bloom there. - Sahil has a reach of 2.5 million across several platforms, and he also had money from his Private equity days + newsletter business - They decided to team up, Hunter is building the teams/handling the operation while Sahil (who has access to every creator in the world) arranges the creator deals @@BironClark
Yeah this whole productized service stuff doesn't make sense and it's just another way of saying "on retainer". Also the pricing doesn't even make sense. For example HeyFriends offers 20 hours of editing for 4000$/mo. That comes out to 200$/h which is way higher than even top editors go for. The model for all of his businesses is basically outsourcing editing work at an egregious price and creating 0 added value. I just don't see who the customer is here. He's either bullshitting about the numbers to eventually sell a course or people are actually dumb enough to overpay for these services.
alot more goes into building a RUclips channel loll. Editing is just a piece of the equation . When you get to sell to audiences the size of Ali's the numbers make perfect sense. Youre just too small minded lmao. Makes sense tho since all u do is spend ur time playing league of legends lolllll
I think a lot of productized services will end up going by the wayside once business institutes CGPT and all the other AI. Also, $10K for 6 finished videos/month is the very high end of the market. Mom & Pop and small biz is not paying anything near those rates. I too want to know how'd you get 14K subs w/no videos! Inquiring minds and all that sh&t! lol.
@@cgarv101 i don't think so. we already use chatgpt and our clients are to lazy to use it themselves or they don't even have enough time to use chatgpt

I'd argue that this isn't a starter story. He knows exactly what he's doing and has tons if experience in the past. Not as much useful nuggets for me use as a beginner
To price a yootube editing service for 10K/month is bullshiit. Why? Because for 10K I can hire a full-time filmmaker who brings his own equipment, edits and does everything else. Realisticly, depending on the location 5K per month will also get you a good full-time filmmaker to work on your project. I am not buying any of this, and neither should you. And no, I am not a hater. I work on projects with my business and know the industry.
I think this is basically a scam. He even said it more or less overtly. "Most people churn." Meaning when they find out that what they get is not worth very much.@@heikorudi6105
1) How does he market his businesses? 2) How does he convince someone like Ali to work with him? Love your content; this episode seems so hard to get my head around regarding how to start.
This was a ton of fun. Thanks for having me Pat! Shout out to Marco too! Love that what we’re doing seems hard to believe. People still have a lot to learn about the power of distribution.
I really enjoyed this interview - you have a fascinating career history! I subscribed in case you ever decide to share more and start building that audience 😊
Next time maybe give more actual details, as other commenters said, this was just a victory lap for someone with way more capital and connections than most people, without any real advice or substance
I am also a designer and loves this dude concept!. Realy a creative entrepreneur. I have also noticed one of his companies so focuses on making social ads and animations for big youtube influencers which mean that he have realy fill in a gap the industry..haven't seen any design/animation company that has niched into this industry. Inspire me to someting simular, a prodcutized servic also focus on motion/animation. he biggest question is how to found clients..
It's very possible as some of the people he's teamed up with would probably have brought clients with them. I've seen a 1m run rate acheived in months no problems.
entrepreneurship often requires adaptability, responsiveness to customer needs, and an understanding of the market. Ignoring feedback and market trends can lead to making products or services that no one wants or needs, ultimately leading to business failure. In reality, the best approach is usually to be open to feedback, willing to pivot when necessary, and deeply in tune with your customers' needs and market dynamics.
Amazing video! I'm working on a productized business for marketing games, however, I need to get the systems in place which takes time. Do you process payments directly on the website?
I think starter story have prodcutized channel, too. the content include similar aspect and details, not like others dopamine succesful story may got too much motivation or over-simple action steps.
wow. that's all super cool but, after all these successes still working 10 hours a day? I think success is in business, in relationships, in family, in spending time in nature without devices, traveling... let's have all !
This goes against everything I hear from founders. He should be making one of these worth 100MM and dropping the others like a rock. His story seems sus to me
how is it a 1M dollar company if its isnt cash flowing yet?? please elaborate on the part of the intro that basically tell viewers to stop watching....
That's cool.. you end up with a million dollars a month and then walk past homeless people and do nothing for them. I'm sick of every rich fochers success story who do nothing in the real world for anyone else. Even SaltBae's parents still live in poverty. WTF is wrong with people. Bozo's Amazon employees live in cars while he spends a trillion dollars on a private yacht. There's literally no humanity left.
Hunter has mastered the art of speaking without giving out any information
because he's lying about everything. This website is worth $10 million because I say so.
yeah garbage episode
Yep, all the buzzwords
I've personally launched 7 failing businesses in the last 3 years and I'm launching my 8th in the next week. Stay tuned 😁
Hahaha love this

Almost nothing to learn from this. Just a victory lap for this guy who’s got way more capital, resources, and connections than most watching this
He built that network. Seeing what happens when you commit to networking is a good enough takeaway from the video
Nobody's gonna serve you anything on a golden plate.

Shoutout to Brett at DesignJoy -- one of the first guys I've heard that built a productized design service model.
first one was design pickle
He also has a really, really funny and cool co-founder. Just saying.
And don't forget good looking.
Clearly I’m the better looking of us
I'd like to see this same interview with much more detail in the systems, processes and sales info.
he wins because he starts these businesses with good distribution and high reputation people
Looks like he has some insanely good contacts as well helping run these businesses.
1) How does he market his businesses?
2) How does he convince someone like Ali to work with him?
Love your content; this episode seems so hard to get my head around regarding how to start.
Those are what you call the unknowns of business.
Those opportunities only come to those who go with the flow and keep pushing.
he market by influencer partner
he said he's already well networked, he knows these creators already after building his personal brand for years
his partner is Sahil Bloom - who has a massive reach, and in charge of contacting to influencers
YOu have to buy the product to find out. I"m sure their is a link in the description how you can be rich too.
1) by using his influencer friends
2) he is friends with him
I love that he's flipped the "12 startups in 12 months" into "12 million dollars startups in 12 months"
If you listen to these guys talk long enough you’ll start to hear the 💩
Been eager for more content from you since I first came across this channel last week! Love the format, and perfect length of videos.

The key person of influence aka the influencers/entrepreneurs like Ali aabdaal helped these businesses scale
i just want to know how do they find clients
There are plenty of ways,
One of the best one is "Cold Outreach"
Cool video. Different but cool! A good reminder to aim high and go premium with your offering. And always be networking
100% feels like bluff with those numbers . I understand you want to promote , but why bluff the numbers ?
Hitting a million with in a month after launching ?
actually possible if the influencer they partner has dedicated fans, like Ali Abdaal
@@thinklet7 He said 1M ARR (so probably 80k rev a month at that point)
