To most common sense people who don't believe the propaganda the answer seems logical. Capitalist investment in Asia because of the short sightedness while stomping on our own hemisphere needs to be reversed and in a big way. Beto voted to develop the Segundo Barrio into a shopping center and parking lot even though his daddy in law was the developer. That was a conflict of interest. He actually helped pitch the idea to the city counsel with before and after pics. The before pics showed a run down old house with trash and junk all over the yard. And a drunk looking old Mexican man. The after pics showed a brand new shopping center with a bunch of white ppl and the only non white person in the picture was Penelope Cruz was shopping with Mathew McConaughey. It stirred up racial tensions when the ppl of his district found out what he did.

Yes, we should have more and more migrants go to El Paso. Hopefully, the city will be vast majority illegal immigrants. That would be good for El Paso.
