There are things I can't face in life. Things that seem insurmountable. I come here sometimes, to remind myself that there's meaning in existence even though there is no god. There's something worth living for, and it's vast and dark and mysterious. We live in it. We all do. It's the universe, and until everything in it has been done, I'll be damned if I'll give up living and experiencing it. To know things that others don't... to see things that they can't... to feel that rush of happiness, derived not from physical pleasure or devotion to a dead god, not from drugs or sex or violence, but from simply BEING... that's what I'll always live for.
This world is so awesome in its beauty that a heart alone is not enough to contain all of these unspeakable feelings! Absolutely love this, so much as I love this world!!

The beginning of this sounds like an excerpt from NIN song "Perfect Drug". The portion of that begins at 4:00. I love both songs. Just funny how I catch stuff like that.
