      Honestly man, I think this should be very personal answer. I remember Djokovic when asked about how he became so good mentally. He said “there is no formula, I could find thinks that work well for me”. I think anyone could say that him and Rafa probably have very different ways of dealing with the mental game, just by their behavior, but both of them are incredible mentally. I think you have to find your way man. Probably there are some general tips that work for everybody, but the main part is personal
