pierce the veil is the kind of band that you can not listen to their music for years until one day you play a song and can still scream all of the lyrics with the same kind of raw emotion you used to
Several years ago, my teen daughter was going through a really rough time. The one bright spot that pulled her through was her love for this band. I took her to see Pierce the Veil probably a dozen times in various locations around the country. Even to me, a 40-something mom at the time, these shows were the best I’ve ever seen. This video does such a great job of capturing the frenetic energy of the band and those of us who love them. Long live PTV! 💕

I got to see sleeping with sirens at the 2013 warped tour (maybe it was 2014 I forget). The next year pierce the veil played, which I couldn’t go to :( but I’m very grateful for my experience :) I got to crowd surf, head bang, and mosh lol
I’m a 42 y/o drummer and progressive rock snob.. this band melts my face. I know they have prog elements but the way they write their songs.. build build build- and the vocals scream. Just amazing. I like all their stuff.

PTV and MCR share a lot of similarities im my mind. Crazy energy, deep meaningful song lyrics that you relate to, helping tons of people get through hard times, making you wanna scream from rooftops... truly beautiful.
It's really hard for me to watch this video because it makes me shake and I tear up and my heart beats so damn fast because this band has helped me so fucking much. I have no clue how I'm going to make it through their show when I see them in January. I'm going to be a mess. They mean so much to me, they mean so much to all of us. All of us fans. Put aside the annoying scene kids & fangirls for a second,Pierce The Veil is a damn good band.I like Vic's vocal range(it grew on me overtime,I hated it the first time I heard it I heard them),Mike Fuentes is an awesome drummer,his work on this album is fantastic! I also love how they use the Mexican guitar for bridges in a lot of songs,it works out beautifully. They just have such a great energy to them.
unfortunately, scene kids ruin a lot of amazing bands for me. Other than BOTDF, most of the bands scene kids like are good. For ex. I really don't want to, but whenever I see scene kids who like MCR, I can't help but think "hell no, my chem is not for scene kids!"

My only regret is that I didn't discover Pierce The Veil in 2020 when online school was introduced and depressive thoughts hit me like a truck. Right now I am still depressed but I'm grateful to have this music because rock is resonating so much to how I feel and helps me feel happy and more energetic. Put aside the annoying scene kids & fangirls for a second,Pierce The Veil is a damn good band.I like Vic's vocal range(it grew on me overtime,I hated it the first time I heard it I heard them),Mike Fuentes is an awesome drummer,his work on this album is fantastic! I also love how they use the Mexican guitar for bridges in a lot of songs,it works out beautifully. They just have such a great energy to them.

My only regret is that I didn't discover Pierce The Veil in 2020 when online school was introduced and depressive thoughts hit me like a truck. Right now I am still depressed but I'm grateful to have this music because rock is resonating so much to how I feel and helps me feel happy and more energetic.
