pierce the veil is the kind of band that you can not listen to their music for years until one day you play a song and can still scream all of the lyrics with the same kind of raw emotion you used to
Several years ago, my teen daughter was going through a really rough time. The one bright spot that pulled her through was her love for this band. I took her to see Pierce the Veil probably a dozen times in various locations around the country. Even to me, a 40-something mom at the time, these shows were the best I’ve ever seen. This video does such a great job of capturing the frenetic energy of the band and those of us who love them. Long live PTV! 💕
Shout out to the security guy who let me in through the side door to see these guys live. I was fresh 21 at the time and $2 short at the front box. He saw I was upset about it. He took my cash, made a lil side money, and escorted me inside. Whoever you are dude, bless ya fr. Best concert to this day. And I’ve seen over 47 rock bands

PTV and MCR share a lot of similarities im my mind. Crazy energy, deep meaningful song lyrics that you relate to, helping tons of people get through hard times, making you wanna scream from rooftops... truly beautiful.

And then she looks at you like you're a piece of garbage and you know that she's the one but you never approach her because she terrifies you and smells like cigarettes all the time and that one time you kissed in middle school, but she was in high school, and her mouth tasted like cigarettes and then you're like never mind. Put aside the annoying scene kids & fangirls for a second,Pierce The Veil is a damn good band.I like Vic's vocal range(it grew on me overtime,I hated it the first time I heard it I heard them),Mike Fuentes is an awesome drummer,his work on this album is fantastic! I also love how they use the Mexican guitar for bridges in a lot of songs,it works out beautifully. They just have such a great energy to them.
unfortunately, scene kids ruin a lot of amazing bands for me. Other than BOTDF, most of the bands scene kids like are good. For ex. I really don't want to, but whenever I see scene kids who like MCR, I can't help but think "hell no, my chem is not for scene kids!"

Years ago I would break down to this song because of all the difficult times I was going trough but now coming back with a better mental health, it brings me so much joy because thanks to this amazing music it help me overcome my depression and helped me stay strong, I love you Pierce the veil.

When you're sitting in the classroom and the girl next to you has her earbuds fall out and you hear pierce the vale and you think, 'she doesn't think i'm worthy of hearing Vic's voice'. And then she looks at you like you're a piece of garbage and you know that she's the one but you never approach her because she terrifies you and smells like cigarettes all the time and that one time you kissed in middle school, but she was in high school, and her mouth tasted like cigarettes and then you're like never mind. I totally get it.

Put aside the annoying scene kids & fangirls for a second,Pierce The Veil is a damn good band.I like Vic's vocal range(it grew on me overtime,I hated it the first time I heard it I heard them),Mike Fuentes is an awesome drummer,his work on this album is fantastic! I also love how they use the Mexican guitar for bridges in a lot of songs,it works out beautifully. They just have such a great energy to them.

I haven't listened to this group maybe in 3/4 years??? These guys seriously changed my life they helped me through so much crap when I was 16-18 (and I'm 20 now) I even got the chance to meet them at Warped. Craziest experience I'll always cherish. No matter how old I get, these guys will always hold a special place in my heart. I'm forever thankful for them.
