So Chow convinced Ford to look into moving the Underground Parking Garage to the Exhibition grounds in exchange for opening up more public park space at Ontario Place next to the Therme Spa. The Fact the Ford Government is studying that proposal seems like a huge win and should be in the news headlines. The existing Exhibition place parking lots are underused aside from when the CNE is going on and they set up many rides on them.

They are building more than a Spa they are building a world class indoor water park much better than the decaying theme park that was formerly at Ontario Place before McGuinty shut it down because it was bleeding money for the province like the Skydome use to before the non-profit holding corporation went bankrupt and Labatt bought the taxpayer funded arena for pennies on the dollar a loss to taxpayers but then Labatt lost money itself later selling it to Rogers who bought it with the full intent of buying the Toronto Blue Jays team and exclusive game broadcasting rights in entirety.
