- That's a good question. In my quest to be leaner and meaner I have discovered that most of what we have been told about food is wrong. It's all propaganda put out by the food manufacturers and the government. Through extensive research I have found what foods are good, and what foods are bad, and I want to share this with you in hopes that it may help you reach your goal to be the best you can be.

papa walsh please tell us how you do this diet you did. we all need help.
I changed my diet. Cut out sugar and carbs and work out at least 5 days a week.
You have to be consistent. I do custom diet plans and workout programs based on your age, height and weight and current diet. It’s 100.00 you can pay through venmo if you decide you want to do it.

You are so funny in videos with your grown children/influencers! Many laughs! You seem to value your fitness and health but your diet sucks! "You are what you eat!" I challenge you to try a no-sugar, no-carb diet. It will affect how you look, feel and your overall health!
Are you for real. I don’t eat carbs or sugar. I lost 50lbs by cutting it out. I just did a what I eat in a day. I teach people how to be healthy and have done a ton of research. Wake up
