There had been a 5 minute major some time prior that they reviewed after the goal had been scored. For some reason they didn't stop play. So they revoked the goal and restarted play with a 4 on 4 until Penn States penalty ran out and then Penn State had a 5 on 4 for ~4 minutes during which Penn State scored their 3rd goal.
@@mitchellanderson512 Thanks. Was it a legit penalty? I was at the game, and the ref just said something about head contact, but I didn't see what happened and they never showed a replay. The crowd was pretty heated, as you can imagine!
