Would you consider doing a video for PMDD/perimenopausal support/clearing? This year I have spent countless hours at appointments with different providers and a lot of time on my yoga mat. However, at least once or twice a month, I’m knocked down by symptoms with little hope for relief in sight. Thank you for considering and thank you for the work you do. 💕
