Gosh I've been meaning to try a Natsuo Kirino book and bought Out but haven't gotten to it. My brother got me another one of her books for my birthday, blind pick he just knew I like horror and anime lol, so maybe its a sign that I need to get on it. Your TBR looks like a fun mix of things! I LOVE Kanae Minato, Penance broke my heart, I wouldn't say it's super scary, it is very different from Confessions, but I loved both.

Ritualistic Human Sacrifice is really good if you are looking for something that is seriously messed up and not looking for anything good in a relationship. Be prepared to be very uncomfortable. I gave this book a generous 3 out of 5 stars. Although it wasn’t the worst book I’ve ever read but it definitely gave me the ick factor in some scenes that I couldn’t stomach. I unhauled it knowing that I was never going to read it again. It was a one and done deal. It lives rent free in my brain and it won’t leave. 😅 I’d love to hear your opinion about it.
