    In this video I go through the triangular framework to focus on one thing and GET IT DONE, from Siddha Yoga (the Yoga of Accomplishment). I am sharing this because it has worked for me again and again in improving focus and prioritising by cutting off whatever is unnecessary in my life.
    step 1: Ask yourself what is the thing in my life that is causing me the most pain or suffering. This helps you find out what is it that you need to upgrade your skills in. For example, if you are in pain because you feel lonely, its probably because you don't know how to be of value in your current environment.
    step 2: Once you know what is it that you need to upgrade your skills or knowledge in, become certain that you will accomplish it. You still don;t know how, but you have created the possibility in your mind. Reach out to me if you want to know how.     step 3: Once you have become certain, collect information about how you can achieve this and come up with a list of things you need to do. After that make decisions on what you will do first and next and so on alongwith an approximate timeline.
