There's a new Recruiter character in the Violence Aesthetics mod that's really fun. It's essentially what if the GMO mod was a character but instead you buy character traits in the shop using XP levels. Note: It makes finding/upgrading weapons late-game more difficult since a character option will always appear in each shop. Recruiting the Loud + Masochist + Apprentice + Bull + Generalist was a lot of fun. It was gratifying to sell all my weapons pre-Wave 20 shop to quickly combust the bosses while unarmed. Another note is that the Apprentice is OP since XP levels get gained back very quickly after being sold.
it feels like every character in the game should just start with improved tools, I always mod it into whatever character I play. if engineering characters need it so does everyone else. Engineering being so weak always felt weird to me.
Or at least improved tools should be tagged for engineering… because they are only tagged for attack speed for some reason. That’s why they are so rare
Honestly, the only reason to love the wave 17 boss is if you have anything that scales on kills / gives eco on kills. Other than that, he's probably the single most annoying boss.
I think this one that summons moving circles around you is worse. If you can’t kill him quick whole wave becomes terrifying. But that’s maybe because of the way my brain can’t comprehend this attack
@@KajtekBeary It is a little odd I'd agree, but at least that one you can avoid when you get the pattern. The summoning dude just summons mummies with thousands of HP in the dozens, and it's literally breaking your ability to get to the boss in first place if you get overwhelmed.
Most engineering builds suck ass in this game, even on the dedicated characters. It feels only good as supplemental damage to kill off weaklings. Elemental DoT builds also feel very weak. Maybe burn damage should stack or something, idk.
This man turned into a velociraptor when the bloody hand dropped

I've found it isn't necessary but very nice for all the characters that want it (in the base game)
I said it before, I'll say it again. I really hope they redo luck because having luck proc requires you being lucky (in rl)
I always get 1 game in and i pick based on what you picked that day
Love this series sm
Maybe better than a flat baked in attack speed buff, he should get a buff based on number on constructions on the board?
What's the name of this mode?

@@shallyia4458 well, you can’t kill it then, but at least it doesn’t really kill you. That might be my personal problem tho.
