  • Yes we are building a year round, "geo-thermal" climate battery greenhouse. It's a lot more work, especially when it comes to preparing the foundation, but the end result will be worth it. Follow along with our project!

This is going to be an interesting build to watch. I think you will be very happy with the long term results. Also, an awesome winter retreat!

Hard work but is going to pay off when your sitting on the kitchen table in the winter eating summer garden greens and veggies. Thanks for Sharing Guys...

Hello, I've only been watching your videos for a short time, I find the construction of the greenhouse very interesting, but I think it's very bad that you used lead dowels. Because lead is not good for the environment and health, even if the lead anchors are poured with concrete, you never know whether something will end up in the environment. Plastic dowels or pure steel dowels would be better. I'm not an environmentalist just a gardener. Greetings from Berlin

Well, those are now deep inside the concrete, so shouldn't be making its way into the environment very easily. At least we are building something good for the environment.

This was painful to watch. Doing ICF for 25 years, you just cut the tracks ramset
them in and put the forms in in one day, yes I know you need to make content but it could have been done with block in 2 days ready for concrete. Love content creators to make it so hard. But hey it's utube right.

Thanks, but we're just regular people with real lives on the side of youtube. I'm sure it's nice and quick when you have a team of people and don't have to work 2 other jobs on top of making content on the side, on your days off, weather dependent as well. But do feel free to come here and show us how it's done, all in one day! :)
