im in high school and i feel so unprepared like its so overwhelming to be a teen with all these new responsibilities and emotions 2023 for me i have been learning about loving myself relationships mostly platonic and handling my anxiety but i hope one day it can get better ❤️🩹

Everybody has anxiety from the youngest to the oldest person out there, all we can do is our very best to control it by remaining calm, stay in prayer , and do things that bring you peace and happiness.
