I just got it and when I call to it the voice announce thing doesn't function. A friend of mine has one similar and when people call, the voice thing says you have a call from so and so.
My phone rings 3times and if I don't answer I will loose my dial tone what can I do for this because it takes a while before my phone gets a dial tone back

I got this today hopefully it’s sound is better than the dlp72212 version. I had a lot of trouble putting in and unplugging the battery packs.

I can’t get the back off of the base to put the SIM card in. I’ve taken screws out and it’s really stuck on.

sorry i am not sure. I didn't think cordless phones had an IMEI number
