I have this, purchased in Taiwan. I cannot turn off subtitles. Under accessibility, I have captions turned off...yet, they are still there, in Chinese language, even though my selected language is English. How to get only English subtitles, and/or how to turn off subtitles all together... Nothing I have done, works. I still have these subtitles.
I have unblock 10 box for about 2 years. The customer service is poor. Occasionally Astro 1, 2, 3 sudden don't work recently even connected directly by using LAN cable and the Astro playback also removed. Very sad to learn the latest unblock TV box can't compare with my old EVPad 3 pro which is unable to update to the latest android OS.
Would you tell me why live in Vancouver never get Canucks game on Sportsnet? Only east coast game. Can you teach me how to get the Canucks game. Thanks
