It was tought after we left the mesuem but what uplofted us were the smiles of the vietnamese people on the streets. We were surprised as well how modern the city is. Don't worry forks and spoons are available everywhere! Thank you and have an amazing weekend too
If you have time, let visit Côn Đảo. You will know the spirit of Vietnamese people and how brave we Vietnamese people are. I believe it is worth for your time and money

Vegan food in Vietnam is one of the best in the world. You must go to vegetarian restaurants so you can try different dishes. There are places that you can eat and pay or not pay depends on your circumstances. Look for signs like Quan Com Chay they also have Buffet Chay. Good luck

Vietnamese cuisine is a harmony of many different ingredients. The vegetable is an essential one. Many dishes can be served in a vegetarian version by simply leaving out meat or a slight variation like replacing meat with egg, or tofu, i.e., Banh mì, Banh xèo, Bánh tráng trộn, Xôi, Chè. I think you can go to a random restaurant, even a street food vendor, and tell them that you "ăn chay" (Google Translate helps to know how to pronounce it). Hopefully, they will have something to offer for vegetarians. Just be aware of dishes served with broth, which are often made from bones and meat. I hope you guys have a great journey!

And Vietnam won china 1979-1989 & in 1000 years ago too. Vietnam aslo won Kho-me-đỏ - like Hitller in Europe (Vietnam helped Combodia, saved Combodia from Khơ-me-đỏ and stayed there 10 years for rebuilding Cambodia from 0. We are enjoying Vietnam a lot and yes we have to be careful with the traffic and our belongings but we didn't feel intimidated by anyone until now.
