iPhone 13 Not Activating? Here Is the Fix!

I tried all the things for my iPhone 13 which is on latest 16.3.1
It shows me "Unable to Activate" even I am on latest version, it says update to Activate, I tried installing firmware using iTunes, restarted, airplane mode etc etc.
Since I don't have those money to spend on this paid tool, I left that idea.
But none of them working for me , for my iPhone 13.
Apple is so pathetic, I never face any issue on android OS since last 10 years... and this apple is full of critical BUGS.

My phone has Verizon at the top but when I go to settings it doesn’t have a phone number it’s blank, on the status list everything is green so idk why it won’t activate, when I log into my Verizon it just says to activate my phone to unlock this page, so I can’t even see my account number or anything, idk what to do
