I don’t see another album anytime soon, but I know they want to tour again together. Maybe do anniversary tours for each album they have, build the chemistry back up and once Tom isn’t so busy I can see them bringing a ton of lyrics and riffs into the studio and putting out like 20 tracks 🤷🏻♂️
Neighborhoods is such a pivitol piece of BLK182s story... i can hear so much truth in the lyrics, ie Tom v Mark&Travis covering "the breakup" topic in full scale..very blatant, but amazingly composed and theres some feelings definately being exchanged on this album. If you imagine line for line this is about Blk182 from both perspectives. Only great albums with great writers can achieve this. brilliant. Back in 2005 when "+44" was a thing .. there were so much references to Tom breaking up and leaving the band in those years.(for example the song "Not it isn't" released on December 13th of 2005 the day of Delonge birthday, the lyrics of the song give the reference to the "Blink break up" from Delonge) When they broke up, Tom asked Mark to help him with the song "Elevator", Mark was nice and kind, so he helped Tom and Travis , but on an interview Tom said "Mark never forgive them from what they did.. Tom never wanted to put "Box Car Racer" in the top (make it a priority) and leave Blink-182 on a second place",so they never were the friends that they used to be.
