Love your approach to doing the aperture blades - I will try this next time. I usually position the blades 1 by one then inter-leaf the last while trying to keep everything in-place.
Better use gloves when handling the black plate that holds in possition the aperture blades. Skin oil will left rusty marks. I have seen many embended rusty fingerprints on such plates (and blades).

It's a "u shaped screwdriver" that I had made from a 3mm flat head screwdriver

It's a 3mm flat head screwdriver that i filed down in the middle to make a sort of "two-tine fork", the same that i used at 0:20
