for the life of me i cant get any muscle testing to work on myself, its never consistant. i made a pendulum but idk, any other methoods? i have adhd and im always underthinging and questioning everything. like with the fingers ill try to test whats no and whats yes and then double check and that ends up being the oposite. idk.

I am also adhd and have the same problem. Muscle testing seems to not be my thing I guess.

It’s actually perfect for scattered minds. You can ask your body instead of your mind, ask it what techniques you need to feel better. But I get it, it took me a long time to practice and start trusting it. Sometimes still I get wonky results, so I just have to stay curious. Hmm, what’s going on now?! And perhaps ground and calm myself and come back to it. I have managed to teach it to several people, though, so it’s quite logical. And there are many more tricks to find the trust in it than could be taught in this video.
