Not that I want you to be disappointed by your books, but your rant videos really are my favorite, boyfriend. 🤣🤣🤣

The Coil! I knew this would make an appearance 😂 that’s too bad about Wrong Place Wrong Time, that one was on my list lol. It is fun to see you get a bit worked up over the books he didn’t like though. Haha! Looking forward to hearing about your favorites!

I find the ranting videos sometimes more entertaining than videos on enjoyable books. Especially when said books might as well have betrayed the reader by raising expectations just to drown them in being boring

I sometimes feel bad when I start tearing a book apart, but it can be freeing, so... ;p I am sure that there are people out there who love these books. I just wasn't one of them. Thanks for watching! :)

Wrong Place Wrong Time I read the first 10 pages and was done with it!

Wrong Place Wrong Time sounded like it could have been really good-bummer. I’m not a fan of domestic thrillers either-ugh! Double no on that last book. I wonder about authors mental states when I’ve read books similar to that. Too bad it’s from an author you previously enjoyed.

I was hopeful that it would at least be entertaining, but it just fell flat for me. And yes, Like Death was a book I wish I had never come across, and that is not something that happens very often for me. Thanks for watching! :)

Biggest dissapointment for me this year was trying to read 1001 Arabian Nights. But when you start talking about beating your wife/fiance in the first chapter and killing slaves just for "fun" the fun did really end there. Also this was written about 2500 years ago, but in the book it only talks about Allah, while back then the people in that area had multiple Gods they worshipped so it's kinda destroying the original story in my opinon. It would be like Norse mythology there was only Odin. In my 20 years of reading books this was so far my first and only DNF. Lowest scores on books I did finish is usually 2.5 had 4 of those books.

Yeah, the classics can be daunting to read. I had a couple of them this year that were very much chores to get through. It doesn't sound like Arabian Nights is one I will pick up anytime soon... Thanks for watching! :)
