Still my favorite band to this day.
Sometimes I forget they were a little bit of everything: punk, glam, reggae, sleaze, hard rock, heavy metal, grunge and "alternative" to come. At the time, their intelligence was carefully concealed but I can see it now. They were righteous inheritors to Queen, Led Zeppelin, and many others.

then you should listen to guns n roses performing knocking on heaven's door live in the Marquee Club 1987 the 3rd night.
In the first night, they played this song THE FIRST TIME.
That second solo was nuts. Some people say slash is average but he has sooooo much feel in his playing like Jimmy page did. They are not trying to sound perfect. That solo was improvised. That’s crazy to just be in the groove and high as hell and play such a bad ass solo. He had no club what it was going to sound like when he started playing but it came out absolutely beautiful.
One word . Iconic.

A ja miałem 16 jak wy.ebałem wszystkie kasety przez okno po tym jak Axel trochę za dużo powiedział. Mimo to że grają zajebiście rudy zawsze zostanie dla mnie blachą i gnidą bez honoru!

E terei a oportunidade de ver novamente o guns em 5de novembro no show deles em Saitama Japão. Tenho certeza que vai ser foda como foi em 2017.

dannnnng , What makes the camera person think we want the camera to change every 1 second, cant even watch anything because the second ya enjoy seeing something it switches & you have to refocus or re direct your attention. - just annoying when the canmera changes continuously imo.
