The devil owns you from birth. Psalm 51:4-6 Against You, You only, have I sinned and done what is evil in Your sight; so You are right in Your verdict and justified when You judge. Surely I was sinful at birth, sinful from the time my mother conceived me. Repent, before it is too late.
To deny the devil is to deny evil. To deny God is to deny love. There is good and evil in this world (this can't be denied). We serve a God of love. There was no sin in Jesus, though he was tempeted by evil (the evil one).
