Thank you for being transparent on the situation. As mentioned previously, it's a little unnerving to go for weeks at a time without hearing anything. So, this does put me as well others I'm sure, at some ease. Me personally, I'd rather a quality product. If that means dates being pushed back to provide a better experience, then I will take it every single time. I feel the same way when new video games that I'm interested in are coming out. For a first-time Kickstarter I can't help but feel like the delays were inevitable and to be expected, sucks you'll have to deal with disappointed folks though -- also have to say I really like the "go wide" and "midrange" sort of wording on the starter-deck summary copy, good stuff, really rooting for the game to penetrate the TCG market of today.
I am disappointed in the delay but that was just because how excited I was to get the product. It feels weird to be playing the game with proxies when I don’t actually own a single real card yet. While I want the first set to come out I am not looking to chase another TCG. I'd be happy if the sets released something like once or twice a year. Just my opinion and i'm interested in getting into the game but a slower pace would allow me to play and join these community events without quickly falling behind because I didn't buy 3 booster boxes every quarter.
I would be very careful about finding yourself in a situation where the product intended for the ROW is shipped into the US, has to pay a potential stiff new tariff, then has to be shipped to the ROW and deal with VAT or the local equivalent. Are you intending to ship from Chinese production to ROW distribution hubs or is everything planned to come to the US first for later distribution? You do not want to find yourself in a painful financial position with regard to fulfillment.
Please tell me 2nd and 3rd sets wont be kickstarters. I hate when companies use Kickstarter constantly for every new release. Using manufacturers in the free world also helps with a lot of these issues.
So despite "everything is on track" being told to us multiple times, manufacturing hasn't even started and you're pushing it back an indefinite amount.

What is the difference between large and medium sets? Medium sets have starters?
I think they mentioned previously that starters will only be available with the large sets, so once a year
