Very sad that the deputy inspector general of the Gambia force didn't know the meaning torture nor did he knows the difference between torture and beaten. Very very sad indeed to have such type of person being holding high position. Beaten is the same as torture. But some of security persons didn't know that. He is a lair! I have a case at police headquaters but I can tell you he sent officers to my house with no warrant for arrest and they assaulted my American wife. These criminals are still doing the same all criminal and corrupted activities violation my rights many times this is just 6 months ago. Civil case they get paid and turn it into criminal. He should be fired. He still at the highest position in law inforcement. Sowe and others at police head quarters are corrupted. I have evidence if Essa Faal is listening.
