Thank you for your comments; we are pleased you enjoy the videos. We include the ancient churches as, regardless of religion, they represent so much social history. x

Just so beautiful… thanks so much! You get the feeling that Spring is about ready to burst out! The catkins being the forerunners! Our neighbour’s hazel tree always takes me by surprise each year- one minute no sign of a catkin next day, there they are! And they appeared last week! Thanks so much!

Thank you - pleased you enjoyed it. Definitely agree, Spring is almost here! There are lots of signs, but then we think, well, why is this or that not shooting or flowering, then remember it is only the first week of Feb! We have to be optimistic!

Thank you for another lovely video (although I felt a little too much of it was spent on the church) . My late father was born in Fittleworth in 1917, where my grandfather was working as a farm labourer. It's still a delightfully rural area, and I'd love to be able to visit it again. Your video provided a good alternative. The old mill still seems to be there, although it's not accessible I think. The hazel catkins brought memories of many a Sussex spring, where each passing week brings more signs, especially primroses and later bluebells plus lots more signals of the changing seasons. Where I live now in NZ there is not such a clear distinction of the seasons, and few signs to indicate the changes..

Thank you for your comments, Jim. Yes, very rural, which is , perhaps, why we put a little too much emphasis on the church. At this time of year, it could be very easy to do a walk such as this, and return without sufficient material to make a video.
You are right, the old mill is not accessible as it is a private residence. There is definitely a feeling that Spring is around the corner - the primroses are showing their leaves. Hopefully, we will be able to bring you more of this. Thank you for watching and commenting.

Thank you; have reciprocated. It is a steep learning curve if one is new to film making!
