We have developed and manufactured equipment for the production of pectin using a new technology of ultrasonic cavitation. Without acids and alcohols. Full cycle production line.
The proposed technology is fundamentally different from all currently known methods for obtaining pectin. We offer full-cycle equipment for the production of pectin with a capacity of 60 kilograms per hour, which corresponds to about 500 tons of finished products annually. Lines can be ordered from 15 kg per hour to several tons of pectin per hour or more. This product will have significant advantages over competitors:
Low cost - the final product is several times cheaper than classical technologies.
Environmentally friendly - only electricity is used for energy consumption. Processing by aggressive environments is excluded. Waste and emissions, both toxic and neutral, are completely excluded.
