That reaper is so passive it just nibble your toes. Why aren't my reapers act like that, they'll chase me to the end of the world like i owned them money 😂
That specific Reaper I killed because it's pretty annoying being right on the border of a Mushroom Forest, it's also the only one South of the Mountain Island so it had to go.
@ I used the Prawn Suit with both standard arms, I let it grab me and then punched away, did that 3 times before I had to repair the suit and then did it again and killed it. Otherwise you can stasis rifle it and knife it to death or if you are a fan of biological warfare you can collect an inventory full of the gaspods that gasopods poop out (yes you can collect those before they explode) and then stasis rifle it and drop all the gas pods right next to it's face and they will pop and likely kill it within a couple of seconds. Although the gas pod method requires you to be basically inside it's face since the damage range on that gas is terribly tiny.

honestly, no. the lithium I found was pretty sparse, I think there’s a better area somewhere else but it’s a super cool biome so you should still check it out! maybe you’ll have better luck than me editing to add that I remember seeing lithium that could be mined using the drill arm if you have the prawn suit!
@TaeTae76848 If you need Lithium go for the Jellyshroom Cave instead, the only thing dangerous there are Crabsnakes and they barely do any damage even without the reinforced diving suit, if you take a vehicle just make sure to switch the lights off when you leave it and after leaving it take a second to see if any of them still aggro on it. The Jellyshroom Cave is also perfect for early game Diamonds and Magnetite. Had one nearly destroy my seamoth because it kept aggro on it after I left it. Otherwise both Mushroom Forests are fairly safe, the one in this video is the Eastern one closer to the Aurora which, as someone mentioned above, extends into the Mountains and directly ontop of a Reaper spawnpoint (which is where this video takes place, she is already in the Mountains biome when getting attacked) but the rest of the Biome is safe, the Western Mushroom Forest borders the Dunes to the far west but there aren't typically any reapers directly on the border so I'd consider it entirely safe.

theres a reaper on the side of the mountain island and theres a tiny part of the mushroom florest that extends to it
