🎥Movie Synopsis🎥
After robbing a gold shop in the daytime, three thieves from the mainland fled in panic when they encountered a patrolman. One of them fled into a building where another gang of mainland bandits who had been wanted by the police for a long time and equipped with powerful firepower were hiding. Then, the fate of the police's serious crime team was accidentally implicated by the two gangs of criminals. When they thought they could relax and celebrate after successfully killing the bandits, they ran into the two thieves who escaped. After a round of melee, things suddenly became very sudden. The love line that developed in parallel with the main line of the police and bandits' battle also came very suddenly. Zhong Jian and Li Sen, the key members of the serious crime team, happened to meet the owner of a tea restaurant they knew before when they were handling the gold shop robbery case. As for who her heart belongs to, everyone guessed and got a surprising answer.

Because the officers were off duty ( going for happy hour drinking) hence they did not wear bulletproof vests. They also underestimated the 2 robbers from China who drove a green taxi from China instead of the red ones from HK. The 2 robbers also did not mask their faces in the first gold shop robbery, and had no AK47. They were using hammers and simple pistols.
The ending is not unprofessional. Like the title said " Expect the unexpected", the police officers did not expect this 2 men gang from China was actually harder to manage than the 4 men gang from HK. This movie is a good plot.

整部電影多處留有反轉的伏筆，比如女警看似鍾情於鈡Sir，實則是Jimmy、蒙嘉慧并非對任達華有意思，而是劉青雲，片頭看新聞時其實就揭示她看的不是任達華，是在後頭的劉青雲。所謂“擔遮唔落雨；落雨冇帶遮” ，殘忍悍匪都迎刃而解了；反而二人笨賊才導致全軍覆沒。我想這是一次次揭示著不可知的命運。顧名思義，非常突然。銀河映像製作的許多作品都有著冷峻肅殺、黑色幽默、還有宿命論的調性，雖然我也不覺得這是當中成熟的一部，但是依舊瑕不掩瑜，早早可以看到作者色彩在裏邊。
