      Thank you so much for your kind feedback. We are very happy that you like it! The hike requires overcoming around 900-1000 meters of elevation gain and a distance of around 7.5 km. This can therefore be quite challenging or maybe too demanding for a 9-year-old kid. A nice and very popular alternative is the Buarbreen hike (same starting point), which does not lead to the top of the mountain, but to the bottom of the glacier tongue and is much less difficult. Just a suggestion. I hope this helps. Thanks again :)

    Great video! Thank you for sharing. Can you tell me where you started this hike? Going there in July and want to add this to my hiking itinerary!

      Hi, Thank you for your comment.
      Yes, the hike starts at the Buarbreen parking lot, which costs a fee (it was quite expensive actually).
      One more note: it can get quite crowded there and the road to get there is relatively narrow. Just so you're prepared.
      But the hike itself is amazing 🙂
