It's so funny I saw this because omg I just took out my sew in recently. I had for 2 months and I feel the struggle Jennifer was going through in this video. The ponytail style I haven't tried since high school and that's 20+ years ago. My man took the back portion of my tracks and he was so attentive, we didn't have the right scissors (had knitting scissors you cut with yarn). I really agree a man who won't help you with removing your tracks aint the one, lol Was scared for her because CG was using those cooking shears.. lol. I am happy that it got out. Alot of white and some latina women think us black women have no hair under the weaves and ponytails but yes we do ! I luv her length of the hair so healthy. Mine I started from scratch doing no relaxing for over a year, did trims between each install, eventually got all of the relaxed ends off except for the bangs area (still a little left there and then wore tracks with a little leave out to protect my crown area, when removing the tracks my hair had so much moisture an the curls was popping ! Thank you for this in-depth raw & uncut video of removing your tracks :)
