The last part made me emotional. Asa, i loved how you told Isaiah you are proud of him. I barely heard it growing up even though i had 2 loving parents. When my mom passed, my neighbor said mom was proud of me. I broke in tears. Keep up the great work

I have chronic sinusitis all my life. Didn't show up until I moved to Indiana from Souhern cali.caused migraine like headaches until I started taking Claritin every day. Now essential oils are in my life and no mess in my cabinet.

I use Afrin every time I fly. I end up with the worst sinus pressure if I don’t use it. I have family that live on the other side of the country and I will usually fly atleast once a year and the pain was awful without the nasal spray. I would also end up with ear infections after flying before using the nose sprays. I hope it helps because it made flying way more enjoyable and pain free!!
I need to find a way to plan stuff out the same way you have your office planned out - I won't wanna plan things the way you have everything planned, but I still need to plan out better than how everything is planned now. Also, I hope the flight goes well!
I have excruciating head pressure from flying or just driving at high altitude you have to hold your nose and blow to pop your ears and clear the pressure. seriously, I was in the Air Force and we had to be able to do this to enter basic training. Also, look into a type of ear plug called ear plane.... They have a tiny hollow middle that helps with the pain as well.
Probably the wall panels put Abbie off last time. They made the place look uncannily long to me too, kind of like one of those hallways that keep growing, as you run down it in a dream.
I have to take a decongestant starting like the day before I fly. As I got older I found out my ears pop on the flight but take forever to unpop. So if I open up my sinuses the the meds it helps it not be as bad. I have tried all kinds a tricks and when I found out about it on a trip it tasted 3 to 4 days before I could hear normal.

I take Benadryl before my flight and it saved my life. It felt like someone was just sitting on my forehead. So much pressure and pain
