In terms of game basics, I'd advise you to focus on the online battles. You can play literally just one game online and you'll get 35k credits guaranteed by Wednesday. You do that for three weeks while saving up some cash and you can buy wither a silver pack or one gold pack. The latter kicked off my real fight in injustice but if you get three silver cards, you can start fighting for more stuff online, earn more... whatever floats your boat. Best beginner advice I could give. Idk if you're the beginner or if you're asking for a beginner but bueno... hope I helped

Maybe when he was hacking the gear upgrade he put a value greater than 21 which is useless if you put higher upgrade number it wont do anything it will just increase the gear score
