So would I even though I'm not a kid anymore. In July 1971, I got on 3 different versions of this same ride. In Houston's Astroworld amusement park, it was the wagon wheel. In Dallas/Ft. Worth (Arlington) 6 Flags over Texas, it was El Sombrero (Spanish for the hat). Finally at a small traveling carnival in Laredo, it was a portable version that fit in a trailer Casino/Trabant. Those were great times & new beginning for me.
Yeah it looks brill and I love how it takes a wee while to get started.. anticipation 😱..yeah and what lovely weather on that day.. shame I was at work.. meh!

Remember going on this type of ride at Bogner Regis Butlins many years ago.
